- Facilities and Services: Maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules, ensuring members have a seamless experience.
- Payment and Scheduling: Process payments for member services and schedule appointments for tanning and other services.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the club is prepared for the next day.
- Fluent Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
