Investigation Specialist

The Investigation Specialist is a key member of the Pharmascience team, responsible for leading and facilitating investigations and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry problems, including sterile production, and the ability to apply continues improvement principles, tools, and methods.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Accountable for timely follow-up and completion of investigation deliverables
- Support and participate in investigations as required, ensuring coaching of all personnel involved in the investigation process
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective measures for identified causes
- Write, implement, and follow-up CAPA actions
- Contribute to the writing and review of production SOPs
- Elaborate and implement tools to assist in continues improvement initiatives
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry problems, including sterile production
- Good knowledge of continues improvement principles, tools, and methods
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to interpret technical documents (e.g. drawings, specification, system manuals)
- Good knowledge of change management
- Capable of mobilizing people around change
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software in Windows; SAP (asset)
