About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at Allegiance Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate construction.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project specifications.
  • Build Foundations and Install Systems: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a solid structure.
  • Install Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to complete the construction project.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for the project to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

  • Accuracy and Reliability: Demonstrate accuracy and reliability in work to ensure high-quality construction and meet project deadlines.
