Job Title: Data Analyst - SAP Expert

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SAP to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. This long-term contract role focuses on master data transformation from the existing SAP ECC system to the SAP S4 CMMS system, specifically within the oil and gas/energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform master data objects from SAP ECC to SAP S4 CMMS.
  • Build and cleanse the Functional Locations structure according to company standards.
  • Identify ISO equipment units/packages per FLOC structure.
  • Allocate MSI to parent equipment units/packages.
  • Perform data cleansing for SAP Object Types (equipment class & type).
  • Assist in data mapping and cleansing for:
    • SAP Equipment Master
    • SAP Preventive Maintenance
    • SAP Equipment BOM or Material BOM
    • SAP transactional data
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data mapping/cleansing within SAP transactional data.
  • Experience in master data transformation, specifically in the oil and gas/energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data integration, quality, governance, and architecture.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to data management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly effective communicator with emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
