Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Dependability, judgement, and a strong work ethic.
