About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Generate sales by suggesting products and services to customers, and by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
