Job Title: Software Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team at ED Soft Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate software development.
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems.
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions and optimize architecture.
  • Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs.
  • Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system.
  • Prepare plans to maintain software and ensure its continued functionality.
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems.
  • Synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system.
  • Upgrade and maintain software to ensure it remains up-to-date and efficient.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure software meets high standards.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
