Nursing Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Assistant to join our team at HealthVenture Staffing Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care and support to patients in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
