Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
What We Offer:- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
