Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floorhand to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership. As a Floorhand, you will be responsible for assisting in the drilling and servicing of oil and gas wells.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the manipulation of drill pipes, tools, and equipment at the rig floor.
  • Handle, sort, and move drill pipes, tools, and materials as required.
  • Clean up rig areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in setting up, taking down, and transporting drilling and service rigs and equipment.
  • Drive trucks to transport materials and well service equipment.
Requirements
  • Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) basic safety orientation (BSO) certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate.
  • Confined Space Entry Training.
  • Rig Worker Fall Protection certification.
Work Environment

This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
