**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fitter/Welder to work on our afternoon shift, Monday to Thursday. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Weld Flux core (all positions) and metal core (flat) using various welding techniques
  • Fabricate and assemble cranes and crane-related parts according to blueprints and specifications
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including grinders, die grinders, oxy acetylene torches, forklifts, and overhead cranes
  • Inspect and repair weld defects, ensuring high-quality products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent as a minimum
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in structural steel fitting and welding
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or in a team
