Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Information Technology Development to lead our IT development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews and design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in software and integrated information systems development.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize security breaches.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, accurate, team player, and client focus.
  • Hybrid work environment with physical accessibility accommodations.
