Lifemark's Home and Community Care division, Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), is seeking Occupational Therapists to complete Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments throughout the province of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Personal Care Assessments
  • Perform Home Safety Assessments
  • Complete Home Accessibility Assessments
  • Conduct Mobility A and B assessments

Requirements:

  • Good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer) certification for mobility assessments
