About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong time management skills.
Work Environment

As a Pizza Cook at Red Swan Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food is served.
