We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness 10011.
About the RoleAs a Fitness Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness to potential clients and members. This includes making outbound calls to hot leads, creating connections with interested consumers, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. You will also contribute to outreach and advertising events, getting out in the community and promoting the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to hot leads to explain the OTF difference and schedule introductory classes
- Creating a connection with and presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Contributing to outreach and advertising events - getting out in the community and promoting the benefits of OTF
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Giving studio tours to guests and visiting members.
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
