Job Summary

A5 Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; perform repetitive tasks; lift, bend, and move objects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
