Cleaner Job Description

Ottewell K.G. Out of School Care Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and vacuum furniture, carpets, and upholstered items.
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Fast-paced environment.

Language: English.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
