About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Aankia Foods Inc. DBA The Tikka Bar. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat
    • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare for processing or cutting
    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
    • Remove bones from meat
  • Meat Processing
    • Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
    • Grind meats
    • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
