Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at McMaster Children's Hospital.
Job SummaryThe Physiotherapist will provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physiotherapy services to children aged 0-18. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat musculoskeletal and respiratory conditions in children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum two years of pediatric physiotherapy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
