We are seeking a skilled Flight Crew Member to join our team, responsible for executing duties and responsibilities associated with the B1900 aircraft, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties and responsibilities as required for the B1900 aircraft.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations mandated by the company, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Deputy Chief Pilot on additional tasks as assigned.
- Participate in flexible scheduling arrangements, including 5 and 2 or 10 and 4 rotations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- A valid Commercial Pilot License and Airline Transport Pilot License or IATRA exams written.
- A valid Instrument and Type rating, along with a PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check) and currency for the specific aircraft grouping.
- Meeting and maintaining all necessary qualifications.
- 500 hours Total Time.
- 100 hours PIC.
- 300 hours Multi.
- Preference given to candidates with time on type.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to the safety accountabilities as per Sunwest's Safety Management System manual.
We offer a competitive, performance-based salary range of $46,000 - $72,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, extended health, life insurance, AD&D, short-term & long-term disability, an Employee & Family Assistance Program, and Group RRSP plan matching.
