Director of Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Mechanical Engineering to join our team at TechnoGénie - Chasseurs de Talents.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team's expertise remains current.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical systems and develop effective solutions.
