Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and present our menu items to the highest standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
