Executive Director

We are seeking an Executive Director with strong operations leadership experience in hospitality to oversee the general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents.
As the Executive Director, you will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. Your expertise in recruiting, training, and mentoring will ensure exceptional service and resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to achieve exceptional resident satisfaction and employee engagement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resident care
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry;
