Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answer calls, and relay messages.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
