Job Overview
SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff, as well as maintaining high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
* Train staff in job duties, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess inventory
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
* Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
* Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency

Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
* College diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as relevant industry standards and best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed
* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
