About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources Engineering Group in Calgary, Edmonton, or Saskatoon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in water resources-related civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or manage multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and managers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide engineering support during construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex water resources engineering challenges.
  • Manage multiple project deadlines, budgets, and scope changes, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Write proposals and technical reports, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership in the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on water resources engineering.
  • Eligibility for immediate registration with APEGA as a Professional Engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering design projects, with a strong background in water management infrastructure design and construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing and strengthening client relationships.
