**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our VTT vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and develop electrical systems for VTT vehicles.
  • Coordinate and participate in the creation of electrical schematics, component lists, and drawings.
  • Develop project plans for all development projects in the department.
  • Support the workshop for the assembly and diagnosis of prototype vehicles.
  • Analyze technical problems, define and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate and support other departments (Service, Production, etc.).

Requirements:

  • DEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and skills in electrical engineering, electromechanics, circuit design, and logic cabling.
  • Ability to work in an environment where technical solutions are not known, and the path is not defined.
  • Autonomous, responsible, resourceful, and team player.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English (written and spoken).
  • The English language is required for this position as the person will need to read technical documentation in English and communicate with international suppliers.
