Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric support team at Resource Ability. As a Pediatric Nurse - Respite Care Specialist, you will provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their home environment, focusing on complex care needs such as CPAP care, Gtube care, feeds, and respiratory care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients during night shifts, monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:
- Practicing license with BCCNM (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
