Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Web Engineering Team at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Agile squads to design and develop our web platform.
  • Explore and stay up-to-date with the latest technical landscape of cloud-based application platforms.
  • Collaborate with squads across divisions to implement and deliver technical solutions.
  • Work with application communities to adopt best practices for designing cloud-native web applications.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging production systems and code.
  • Experience with SSL/TLS and REST API.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, and Routing.
  • Experience developing and deploying applications with Apache and Tomcat containers.
  • Strong communication skills to write documents and collaborate with geographically spread team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building and deploying distributed and multi-tenant systems on public and on-prem cloud.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, including RDMS and NoSQL.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OAUTH/OIDC.
  • Strong experience with Java and Perl is an asset.
