About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase of their CMMS journey
  • Enable clients to maximize technology use and ensure successful software adoption
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and configure the CMMS to meet their needs
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs and materials for clients
  • Manage project scope, quality, and timeline while recording project progress and insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
  • Experience in a software implementation role is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS or CMMS software
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry
  • Experience in project management and developing work breakdown structures
