Westland Insurance is seeking a skilled Insurance Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Professional, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential
- Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational goals
- Practice excellent customer service and prioritize client relationship management
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion
- At least 2 years of insurance industry experience
- Insurance broker level 1 license
