Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Vehicle Electronics Installation Specialists to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and upgrading electronic devices in various vehicles.

About the Role:

  • Install and upgrade GPS Navigation, Satellite Radio, Alarm Systems, Full Range Audio Components CD/MP3/DVD/Video Game/Television receivers, factory and after-market vehicle speakers and Sub Woofers etc
  • Troubleshoot existing installations and provide technical support to clients
  • Fill out installation time sheets and send them to Admin
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Provide after-hours support and installations as needed

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering Certification Program (MECP) Diploma or extensive 12v installation experience
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment mentioned above
  • Understanding of basic electrical/wiring practices and principles
  • Able to apply common sense and follow instructions provided
  • Ability to use trade tools and follow safety standards
  • Able to troubleshoot issues over the phone with clients
  • Efficient at operating a Windows-based laptop and desktop computer
  • Familiarity with Modems and Wireless technology is a plus
  • Clean and accurate written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent time management skills
