About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bombay Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Store dishes and other items in a clean and organized manner.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Scour pots and pans to ensure they are free from food residue and stains.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
