About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MUCHO BURRITO MISSION. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Portion and wrap food items accurately and efficiently
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Take customer orders and respond to their needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces to maintain a high level of food safety and quality
  • Receive and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain a smooth and efficient food service operation
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
