Retail Sales Specialist

Bétonel/Dulux is seeking a Retail Store Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Main Responsibilities- Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assessing their needs and proposing solutions.
- Suggest and advise additional products, such as brushes and rollers.
- Work in a retail store environment safely and maintain a clean and well-stocked store.
- Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturday and overtime.
- Computer and internet applications.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
