Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication and providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers.
  • Practice to full scope in providing professional services, including counseling on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed, and maintain all records required in accordance with legislation and standards of practice.

  • Review and maintain workflow queues, and oversee current stock levels and medication orders from wholesalers.
Requirements:

  • Superior problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems.
