South Saskatchewan Insurance Leadership Role

Candidates with a proven track record of leadership and insurance sales expertise are encouraged to apply for the Regional Insurance Manager role at CAA Saskatchewan.
The successful candidate will oversee our Southern Saskatchewan offices, leading regional teams by providing coaching, training, and guidance during visits to various branches. This includes handling insurance inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as providing exceptional customer service to CAA Members and customers, supporting Brokers and other CAA staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead regional teams to achieve business objectives
- Promptly handle insurance inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to CAA Members and customers
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Insurance sales background with a valid license
- CAIB or CIP designations (pursuing or willing to pursue)
- Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with habitational insurance is essential
- Demonstrate superior organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits such as company pension, dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, life insurance, on-site parking, store discount, tuition reimbursement, and vision care.
