Overview

Job Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned accounts, developing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients. You will work closely with our sales management team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide product demonstrations, trainings, and technical support to customers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of immunology and/or molecular biology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
