Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including a signing bonus of $1000+.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team in scenic Madawaska Valley, Ontario. As a Healthcare Professional, you will provide care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

  • Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Take clients for outings or exercise
  • Perform basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
