Job Summary:

Frontier Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage and supervise a team of field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Proficiency:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue goals and expense targets.
    • Articulate business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to team members.
    • Hold team members accountable for achieving results through coaching and performance management.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide feedback and direction to staff to ensure employee development, engagement, and business knowledge.
    • Utilize employee communication vehicles to obtain feedback and input on action plans.
    • Partner with Human Resources to ensure fair and consistent application of HR practices and policies.
  • Community Relations:
    • Represent the company through active engagement and involvement in the community.
  • Competitive Marketplace:
    • Engage in marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.
  • Customer Ownership:
    • Solicit process improvement suggestions and streamline work to meet customer needs.
    • Hold team members and other departments accountable for meeting customer needs and demands.

Requirements:

  • Two to four years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, and outside plant functions.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather, extended driving, and lifting moderately heavy objects.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $84,000 to $135,000
  • 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year
  • Day one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan
  • 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation
