Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Fine Education Org. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and programs, overseeing the preparation of public written material, and preparing written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to support marketing efforts
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support marketing efforts
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform marketing decisions
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data on marketing strategies
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to inform marketing efforts
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform marketing decisions
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to support marketing efforts
  • Develop marketing strategies to support organizational goals
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to support marketing efforts
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective marketing efforts
Requirements
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Google Drive skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Team player with quick learning abilities
  • Experience an asset
