Job Title: Store Manager

The Store Manager is a key role in the success of Garage Clothing Co, responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and shrinkage
Requirements:
  • 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and follow up
  • Strong emotional control and team player
  • Client-focused and coaching ability
  • Ability to resolve problems and be proactive
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
