Speech Language Pathologist Educator Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Allied Health team at Vancouver General Hospital as an Educator. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will provide clinical and educational support to designated staff, plan and implement educational programs, and consult with healthcare providers to improve client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and educational support to designated staff
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs
  • Consult with healthcare providers to improve client care
  • Provide training in Speech Language Pathology practices
  • Gather information for ongoing improvement of Speech Language Pathology services
Qualifications:
  • Five years' recent, related broad Speech Language Pathology experience
  • Completion of a professional instructional program for teaching
  • Master's Degree in Education preferred
  • Current full registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia
