About the Role:

At Archstone Projects Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a dusty and noisy environment.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Accurate, flexible, reliable, team player, hardworking

Work Term: Permanent
