Estimator - Collision Repair Specialist

A skilled Estimator - Collision Repair is needed at MasterTech to lead their modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment & tools, while being in charge of automotive estimating contributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex
- Provide customer service, manage clients' inquiries, and resolve complaints
- Ensure quality control and perform follow-ups as necessary
- Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors
- Manage staff schedules, maintain employee attendance records
- Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Monitor cash and cheque transactions
- Prepare reports and provide statistical information
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Proficient user of the estimating software: Mitchell Connect or Audatex
- Outstanding administration, logistical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Management, best practices and car service standards
- Current Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean Abstract
- $55,000 - $68,000/year, plus monthly bonuses
- A company-provided vehicle
