Job Title: Estimator - Collision Repair

A skilled Estimator - Collision Repair is needed at MasterTech to lead their modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment & tools, while being in charge of automotive estimating contributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex
  • Provide customer service, manage clients' inquiries, and resolve complaints
  • Ensure quality control and perform follow-ups as necessary
  • Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage staff schedules, maintain employee attendance records
  • Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Monitor cash and cheque transactions
  • Prepare reports and provide statistical information
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • Proficient user of the estimating software: Mitchell Connect or Audatex
  • Outstanding administration, logistical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Management, best practices and car service standards
  • Current Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean Abstract
Compensation and Benefits:

- $55,000 - $68,000/year, plus monthly bonuses
