BELFOR Restoration is seeking a skilled Carpenter to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including generators, ladders, table saws, routers, and sanding equipment.
  • Erect and disassemble scaffolding as needed.
  • Assist with demolition and debris disposal.
  • Prepare material take-offs and read blueprints.
  • Set up and take down poly containment and drop sheets.
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and construction math.
  • Install insulation and vapor barriers.
  • Construct and secure temporary and permanent partitions.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field.
  • Construction, restoration, or insurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Eligible to operate a motor vehicle according to BELFOR's vehicle policy.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • Criminal Record Check.
