About the Role

Viacore Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our rubber products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Quality Control: Inspect and monitor product quality to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Machine Operation: Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify and mark defective products for repair or recycle, and adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings.
  • Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
