Job Description
As an Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Nova Medical Centers, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries. Your responsibilities will include conducting medical assessments, establishing and monitoring treatment plans, maintaining clinical core competency, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care while minimizing administrative duties. Our fully integrated EMR system allows you to focus on what matters most – providing exceptional medical care to your patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, eagerness to become a practice builder, and experience working in a similar capacity. You should also be authorized to work in the United States and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in urgent care, emergency room, family practice, internal medicine, or orthopedic settings, as well as proficiency in suture techniques, reading x-rays, and diagnosing orthopedic-related injuries.
