Structural Assembler Job Description

AAA Canada is seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install structural components and systems for aircraft projects.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Use manual and automated machines and tools to assemble and install components.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in assembly and installation.
  • Inspect and test assembled units to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the aeronautics industry.
  • Vocational diploma in aeronautical structure assembly or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of reading technical drawings.
  • Dexterous and able to work with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is an asset.
