About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Financing Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in providing expert mortgage credit advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective residential financing strategies for our clients
  • Collaborate with financial planners and other experts to identify and develop credit opportunities
  • Apply established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financing solutions and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking credit solutions
  • Fluency in English (an asset)
